Gas Station Discharge Line Inspection

A contractor with a Certificate of License or a business owner's representative can request an inspection to build or upgrade a gas station discharge line or suction system.

This is a consecutive series of inspections starting with the excavation and ending with a final functionality and sign-off letter (A-111) issued by the Bureau of Fire Prevention's Bulk Fuel Safety Unit. The contractor will be responsible for the job through all the stages. Completed stages of the job, including inspections dates and outcomes, will be logged on an A-57 form.
