Medical Transportation for Medicaid Clients

Paratransit services, including ambulettes, continue to operate. However, if you are not traveling for essential business or essential personal business, please stay home and do not use paratransit services at this time.

Medicaid clients who need routine medical services and who have no other form of transportation due to financial or physical conditions can get non-emergency transportation.

You can also report a problem with Medicaid ambulettes.
