The Health Department is currently reviewing all complaints and responding primarily to those that pose an imminent threat to public health or safety.

Non-emergency complaints will be logged and responded to when regular operations resume.

You can report a food establishment that does not properly display a poster that tells workers how to protect customers from food allergies.

All food establishments that provide seating for customers must display the allergy poster approved by the City. The poster must be visible to all workers as they prepare or process food orders and raw ingredients, and place or retrieve food orders. The posters must be in a language workers can understand.
