Coronavirus (COVID-19) Alert

The Health Department is currently reviewing all complaints and responding primarily to those that pose an imminent threat to public health or safety.

Non-emergency complaints will be logged and responded to when regular operations resume.

Private Beach or Pool

You can make a complaint to the Department of Health about absent or untrained lifeguards at private beaches and pools in the City.

Make a complaint about a lifeguard at a private beach or pool.

Public Beach or Pool

Complaints against lifeguards at public beaches or pools in the City are investigated by the Department of Parks and Recreation.
