Garage or Lot Closures
East 149th Street Garage
The East 149th Street Municipal Parking Garage in the Bronx is temporarily closed for safety reasons.
The condition is only affecting part of the garage. Customers may pick up vehicles currently parked inside, but the garage is closed to arriving vehicles until the affected area has been repaired and inspected by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Department of Buildings.
DOT will begin the refund process in May.
Queens Borough Hall Municipal Garage and Parking Field
For safety reasons, DOT has closed the Queens Borough Hall Municipal Parking Garage and Parking Field located at 80-25 126th Street in Kew Gardens. The facility closed on September 24, 2014.
