Coronavirus (COVID-19) Alert

Con Edison and National Grid will not disconnect service for non-payment to any qualifying customer financially impacted by COVID-19 through December 21, 2021.

Contact your gas utility company for more information.

You can request to start, stop or reconnect gas service. You can also request billing or meter information.

If you are a resident or business owner in the Bronx, Manhattan, and parts of Queens (Astoria and northeast Queens), you can get information about gas service and billing support from Con Edison.

If you are a resident or business owner in Brooklyn, Staten Island, and most parts of Queens, you can get gas service and billing support from National Grid.

National Grid delivers natural gas to businesses and residences in Brooklyn, Staten Island and most parts of Queens.
