You can get status information for Department of Buildings IDs or Jobs in penalized status. You can also get information about penalty period end dates or paying penalty fees.

Call 311 for assistance.

You can pay penalty fees in person at one of the Department of Buildings (DOB) borough offices. After making the payment, you must take the receipt to the borough PENS coordinator to have the penalty status removed.
