Its features include:

No overdraft fees
No monthly fees, if minimum balances are met
Minimum balance requirements of $25 or less, depending on the financial institution
ATM Card (No debit card)

You can open an NYC SafeStart Account at participating bank and credit union branches throughout New York City.
