Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPAs) are individuals with lived-experience and specialized training in substance use and recovery that support individuals with substance use diagnoses and are Medicaid reimbursable.

The part-time, nine to ten-week training program is the first in New York State to comprehensively prepare individuals to meet certification board requirements for recovery peer workers. You can learn more online or by phone.
