Multifamily Housing Rehab Program (formerly known as Article 8A)
Green Housing Preservation Program (GHPP)
Participation Loan Program (PLP)

Owners of multifamily rental or cooperative buildings with 3 or more apartments in need of moderate rehabilitation work, such as a boiler, roof, or pointing (and not mostly energy efficiency work) that have no or limited ability to support private financing.
